Role at a glance

We are searching for an Engineering Manager to join our Accounts team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere while collaborating with a global group of talented engineers.

Your impact

• You will mentor and grow our technical talent by conducting regular one-on-ones and providing actionable feedback to help your team members reach their full potential.
• You will drive the technical strategy for our account management systems, ensuring our software remains scalable, secure, and resilient under high-throughput conditions.
• You will foster a culture of engineering excellence by championing high standards for code quality, rigorous PR reviews, and robust test coverage.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned leader with a strong technical background in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and building efficient development processes.
• Proficiency in Java or Golang, along with deep expertise in AWS, Microservices, and Relational Databases.
• A solid grasp of SRE and DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines and system security.
• Experience working with mission-critical, large-scale services, ideally within the financial industry.
• Familiarity with Big Data tools like Spark or Databricks.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
