What you'll be doing

• You will take ownership of our technical roadmap, production standards, and team leadership to ensure we meet our core objectives.
• You will manage our engineering team as they solve complex perception and prediction challenges within the autonomy space.
• You will initiate and nurture cross-functional collaborations both inside and outside the organization to drive our products forward.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this executive role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• An MS or PhD in computer science, robotics, or a related engineering field.
• Over five years of experience leading teams within a high-growth startup environment.
• A deep understanding of C++ software development and experience building software that meets real-time performance requirements.
• Proven expertise with perception software stacks for mobile robotics or self-driving applications.
• A consistent track record of mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• The ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience launching products and managing cross-team initiatives.
