Role at a glance

We are looking for an Engineering Leader to join us on a full-time basis in Chile. This is an executive-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for scaling our engineering presence, overseeing strategic product delivery, and serving as a key representative of our mission and values in the region.

Your impact

• Define and execute a high-impact hiring strategy to significantly expand our engineering capacity in Chile.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of engineering leaders while fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance.
• Partner closely with product and business leaders to align engineering efforts with our core strategic objectives and key results.

What you'll need

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 10 years spent leading teams in an agile environment.
• Proven success in a continuous delivery setting, with a deep understanding of modern engineering practices.
• A data-driven mindset and a strong commitment to customer centricity, using both quantitative data and qualitative feedback to build better products.
• Extensive experience managing managers and overseeing distributed delivery operations across diverse geographies.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate our vision and build trust across global teams.
• A bias for action and a willingness to operate in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where experimentation is encouraged.
