What you bring

As an Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our remote-first team, driving the technical strategy and fostering a culture of high performance. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with various business units to deliver real value. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Setting the strategic direction for the team to ensure our technical output aligns with key business goals.
• Maintaining high standards of execution while continuously refining our internal processes.
• Building and nurturing a high-performing engineering team, including active participation in recruitment and talent development.

Requirements

We are looking for a leader who has extensive experience in software engineering, specifically in owning high-impact projects and designing scalable architectures. You should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and you are expected to take ownership of complex challenges. Proficiency in Portuguese is required. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator who excels at mentoring others, managing performance, and resolving conflicts. We value your ability to influence teams and grow talent over your attachment to any specific technology stack or rigid process. You should be someone who prioritizes delivering tangible business value above all else.
