What you'll be doing

- You will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects.

What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and a passion for leadership. We are looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer or 2 years in a Tech Lead capacity.
- A background in engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in people management, including performance evaluations and career development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing, and sprint execution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
- A resourceful, people-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English.
