We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join our core team, where you will help us continue to scale our impact and refine the tools that drive the venture economy.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage and mentor a small, high-trust engineering team, fostering an environment of strong ownership and high talent density.
- You will shape our product strategy by driving key technical decisions and contributing directly to the codebase.
- You will help us build the world's most intuitive financial platform, ensuring we ship improvements every single day.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience writing production-level code at scale, ideally using Ruby or React.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity within an engineering team.
- Exceptional written communication skills, as we thrive on a culture of clear, thoughtful documentation.
- A self-starter mindset, demonstrated by your history of starting projects, open-source contributions, or entrepreneurial ventures.
- A deep passion for the startup ecosystem and the ability to thrive while making critical decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in English.
