Role at a glance
We’re hiring an Engineering Lead to join us full-time on-site in Palo Alto, California. This lead-level position calls for someone who can guide technical direction while staying hands-on across web, mobile, backend, and ML infrastructure.

- Guide projects from first idea through launch, partnering with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality experiences.
What you'll need
You bring proven experience leading and mentoring engineers while setting technical strategy in fast-paced startup environments. You’re fluent across the stack-React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python on the backend, iOS (and ideally Android) on mobile, plus familiarity with ML infrastructure. You’ve shipped consumer or social products that scaled to large audiences, and you’re comfortable driving cross-functional projects from concept to production. Strong communication skills, a bias toward action, and a relentless focus on system resiliency round out the profile. All work is conducted in English.
Perks and compensation
We offer a salary range of $250,000–$300,000 per year, along with equity compensation in the form of stock options and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes medical insurance.
