Role at a glance

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join our core team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that operates in a hybrid environment, with our hubs located in San Francisco and New York City. You will be responsible for managing a small, high-trust team while directly contributing to our product stack and influencing our overall technical strategy.

Your impact

Attract and develop top-tier engineering talent while fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
Drive critical technical decisions and ship code daily to improve our financial platform.
Collaborate across the organization to refine our product strategy and deepen your expertise in the venture financing industry.

What you'll need

At least 5 years of experience writing production-level code, with specific proficiency in Ruby or React.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
Strong written communication skills, as our culture relies heavily on documentation and clear expression.
A self-starter mindset, demonstrated by your history of building things from scratch, such as open-source projects or startups.
A genuine passion for the startup ecosystem and the ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments.
