About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Engineering Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and optimizing the high-performance systems that power our fintech platform. You will work on complex distributed systems and data pipelines, ensuring that our infrastructure remains scalable and secure as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers while promoting best practices in software architecture and design.
- Design and implement resilient, high-performance distributed systems that can handle large-scale fintech workloads.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to turn business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in building complex software systems. We look for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on scalable, distributed systems.
- Expertise in system architecture and design for low-latency applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Kotlin.
- Strong experience with databases like PostgreSQL or NoSQL solutions, as well as event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Location
This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, India.
