What you bring

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to guide our payments engineering efforts on a full-time remote basis. In this role you will oversee the design and delivery of scalable solutions built with C# on both the .NET Framework and .NET Core platforms, while guiding API integrations, SQL Server data work, and secure web application development tracked in Jira. You will champion object-oriented practices and OWASP security standards as the team expands our Accounts Receivable Efficiency Suite.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align projects with company objectives and customer needs.
• Drive critical research and development initiatives that keep our platform reliable and ready to scale as our customer base grows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a background in computer science, engineering, or mathematics and brings at least five years of hands-on C# software engineering experience. You are comfortable working with the .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core, and you have managed engineering teams while running meetings and tracking project progress in Jira. Strong skills in relational databases such as SQL Server, object-oriented programming, and web application development are essential, along with proven experience integrating external APIs and a solid grasp of web security, session management, and the OWASP Top Ten. Excellent organizational abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment round out the profile. English fluency is required.
