Role at a glance

We are looking for an Engineering Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position where you will head a new squad focused on optimizing the customer journey and platform experience. You will be based in the United States and will be expected to work on-site from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Your impact

• Lead a talented engineering squad to ship high-quality code while tackling complex technical problems that directly improve our customer onboarding and retention.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that prioritizes craftsmanship, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile meetings and partner closely with Product and Design teams to define and execute a clear, impactful roadmap.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

• At least 7 years of experience building and deploying scalable frontend and backend applications, with a strong preference for Python, Django, FastAPI, and React.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in technical leadership and people management.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale initiatives within a SaaS environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Fluency in English.
