Engineering Lead, Application Experiences at Level

• Lead a talented team responsible for the development of our sophisticated mobile and web applications.
• Drive the execution of OKRs and long term strategic initiatives.
• Partner with product and design teams to deliver flawless front-end user experiences.
• Mentor engineers to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
• Provide architectural guidance for large scale features and contribute directly to the codebase when necessary.
• Maintain high engineering standards by ensuring effective code reviews and robust development processes.
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and highly collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in front-end engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering management role.
• Strong proficiency with React or React Native.
• A proven track record of owning technical roadmaps for major business areas.
• Experience collaborating with business and product stakeholders on large-scale projects.
• A passion for building high-performing teams and creating products that help users manage their benefits effectively.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $185,000 to $200,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to this base pay, you will be eligible for equity compensation.
