About the Role

We are offering an Engineering Intern position on an Internship basis. In this role you will work directly with our engineering teams to support facility updates, process improvements, and equipment projects at our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Update plant layouts in CAD software to reflect recent and ongoing facility changes.
• Use 3D scanning technology and comparative analysis tools to audit and document geometrical designs across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with another engineer on a smaller-scale capital equipment project, including scope definition, vendor interaction, quote preparation, CER documentation, implementation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

We are looking for students currently pursuing an engineering degree. You should have a working knowledge of CAD software and 3D tools, along with an interest in continuous improvement practices and project management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams are essential.

Location

This internship is fully on-site in Red Wing, Minnesota. You must live within a commutable distance to the site and be available to work 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers $25 per hour. You will also gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, work alongside experienced mentors, and participate in activities that strengthen our culture and support the communities we serve.
