What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Head to join us on a full-time basis in Taiwan. This is a hybrid role where you will act as the primary leader for our engineering division, driving our technical vision and ensuring our projects align with our broader company goals. You will leverage your expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and strategic planning to guide our multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead and mentor diverse engineering groups, including backend, mobile, web, operations, and machine learning teams.
• Oversee the full project development lifecycle while managing division budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure our systems meet rigorous performance standards and maintain compliance with international security certifications like ISO 27001.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in software development and 5 years of experience in a management capacity. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of cloud-based development and has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams. You should be comfortable with strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will be collaborating closely with our executive leadership to set policies and drive innovation.
