The opportunity
We are looking for an Engineering Director to guide our Supply Engineering group. In this role you will own the technical vision and day-to-day delivery for the mobile apps, warehouse and field task systems, asset-tracking platforms, and other internal tools that keep our fleet in motion. Your leadership will directly shape how quickly and reliably we scale operations while keeping rider and city-partner experiences seamless.
A day in the life
- Partner with product, design, data science, and operations colleagues to shape the long-term technical roadmap and decide which initiatives will deliver the greatest business impact.
- Coach and coordinate multiple engineering teams, helping them set priorities, remove blockers, and ship high-quality software on schedule even when resources are tight.
- Introduce new tools, refine processes, and mentor managers so the organization stays fast, reliable, and ready for the next wave of growth.
Who you are
You bring at least four years of hands-on engineering experience, four years leading teams as an engineering manager, and at least two years managing other managers. You have built or scaled consumer-facing mobile applications, backend services, or machine-learning systems, and you thrive when translating ambiguous problems into clear execution plans. Strong communication skills, comfort with competing priorities, and a genuine interest in developing the people around you round out your profile. Fluency in English is required.
