Core responsibilities
- Direct the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a secure and highly available cloud infrastructure, including the management of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of teams focused on platform engineering, technical support, and incident management to drive professional growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Operations to define technical solutions, manage cloud infrastructure spending, and ensure our platform meets rigorous security and regulatory compliance standards.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering with a deep focus on platform engineering.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams, including both direct and indirect reports.

- Strong technical knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks for public cloud environments and Kubernetes.
- A solid understanding of at least two major cloud providers, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to fostering a supportive and modern workplace. As part of our team, you will benefit from a hybrid work arrangement that balances collaborative office time with the flexibility of working from home. We are deeply invested in building a diverse and inclusive environment, and we encourage candidates to apply even if their background does not perfectly align with every requirement listed.
