Requirements
We are looking for a leader with at least 10 years of experience in software and platform engineering who is comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment. You should possess a deep understanding of DevOps methodologies, infrastructure as code, and containerization, specifically regarding Kubernetes and public cloud authentication. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required, alongside a proven track record in change management and leading large, high-performing teams. We value candidates who are analytical problem solvers with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of Agile practices.
