The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. Our development environment is organized into cross-functional teams focused on growth, specific product features, and digital transformation, rather than rigid silos. You will have the autonomy to define your own goals and projects over three-month cycles, as we move away from top-down task assignment. By leveraging a Kubernetes-based microservices architecture, you will have the freedom to select the best tools for the job, allowing you to balance technical complexity with high-speed delivery and an exceptional user experience.

• Collaborate closely with designers and fellow engineers to translate product concepts into robust, scalable code.
• Engage in technical discussions and architectural planning to ensure our systems remain flexible and well-abstracted.
• Communicate your ideas and progress clearly through platforms like GitHub, fostering a culture of transparency and shared knowledge.

Who you are

You are a Senior Engineer who thrives in an environment where autonomy and technical depth are prioritized.
