What you'll be doing
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing all aspects of project health, including budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- You will lead cross-functional teams comprising product, design, and engineering experts through Agile and Scrum frameworks to ensure high-quality delivery.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating planning sessions and providing transparent reporting on project milestones and financial performance.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 3 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or client-facing consulting within professional services.
- You possess a strong background in managing complex digital or eCommerce projects, including hands-on experience with budget tracking and risk management.
- You are fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing you to communicate effectively across diverse teams and client environments.
- You are comfortable navigating enterprise-level challenges and have a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
- You are a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and values both structure and adaptability.
