At Assured, we are transforming the insurance industry by replacing manual, outdated claims processing with modern software solutions. We build the technology that powers some of the world's largest insurers, handling everything from self-service filing to complex, machine learning-driven fraud detection, and we are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to join our fully remote team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end enterprise implementations, ensuring that new clients are onboarded successfully with clear milestones and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Develop and refine scalable engagement frameworks, creating repeatable methodologies for customer success and account management.
- Oversee program execution by managing timelines, reporting, and executive-level communications for our most high-impact accounts.
- Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve technical escalations and address complex client challenges.
- Act as a proactive partner to our clients, helping them maximize the value of our platform through best practices and ongoing enablement.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to help shape our product roadmap and improve our internal processes.
Must-haves
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations and managing multimillion-dollar accounts.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders.
- Technical fluency regarding APIs, integrations, and data formats like JSON.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for building structure and scaling processes as our organization grows.
- Professional proficiency in English.
