What is this role?

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is ready to take ownership of complex projects and drive meaningful change for our clients.

What will you do?

• You will lead high-impact consulting projects focused on strategy execution, organizational transformation, and change management.
• You will serve as a primary point of contact for top management, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients ranging from mid-sized companies to DAX corporations and international scale-ups.
• You will manage and mentor project teams of one to four people, fostering an inclusive culture of learning and continuous feedback to help your colleagues grow.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in strategy development, transformation management, and agile methods. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• At least two years of experience as an Engagement Manager or project lead at a top-tier management consultancy, including proven success in client development.
• A Master’s degree in a business, scientific, or technical field from a reputable university, backed by excellent academic performance and international exposure.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a precise communication style and a commitment to quantitative evaluation.
• Native-level proficiency in German and business-fluency in English.
• A strong team-player mentality, a growth mindset, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence and humor.
