What is this role?
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is ready to take ownership of complex projects and drive meaningful change for our clients.
What will you do?
- You will lead high-impact consulting projects focused on strategy execution, organizational transformation, and change management.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for top management, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients ranging from mid-sized companies to DAX corporations and international scale-ups.
- You will manage and mentor project teams of one to four people, fostering an inclusive culture of learning and continuous feedback to help your colleagues grow.

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in strategy development, transformation management, and agile methods. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least two years of experience as an Engagement Manager or project lead at a top-tier management consultancy, including proven success in client development.
- A Master’s degree in a business, scientific, or technical field from a reputable university, backed by excellent academic performance and international exposure.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a precise communication style and a commitment to quantitative evaluation.
- Native-level proficiency in German and business-fluency in English.
- A strong team-player mentality, a growth mindset, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence and humor.
