We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a remote Engagement Manager based in the United Kingdom. This is a 12-month contract position covering a maternity leave, and we would love for you to help us continue making a meaningful impact on how the world hires.
What you'll be doing
- Consult with our customers to identify their unique challenges and provide expert guidance or project delivery to solve them.
- Deliver projects that you scope and manage from inception to a successful conclusion.
- Manage ongoing programs that keep us deeply connected with our customers, ensuring long-term retention and the successful delivery of managed services.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in SaaS delivery and a passion for customer success. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working within a SaaS environment.
- A naturally consultative approach and the desire to serve as an industry and product expert for our clients.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain strict attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, allowing you to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while maintaining professional relationships with customer executives.
- Fluency in English.
