The role
We are seeking a Senior Enablement Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic position where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales teams are fully prepared to articulate the value of our solutions. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and sales leadership teams to design and execute programs that drive performance and technical readiness for our Account Executives and Solution Architects.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs that train our sales teams on value propositions, competitive positioning, and complex B2B sales strategies.
- Develop high-impact sales assets, including playbooks, messaging frameworks, and technical guides, to support both new customer acquisition and account expansion.
- Analyze performance metrics and pipeline data to identify skill gaps, measure the effectiveness of training initiatives, and continuously iterate on our enablement strategy.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in Sales Enablement and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes. We are looking for a candidate who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales enablement.
- Expertise in instructional design and a proven ability to facilitate training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, sales enablement platforms, and performance analytics to track program impact.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to think strategically while maintaining a bias for action.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to effectively convey complex technical concepts to the field.
- Professional fluency in English.
