Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will serve as an individual contributor, helping us amplify our unique culture and attract top-tier talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
Your impact
- Lead and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing campaigns that authentically communicate our employee value proposition to potential candidates.
- Partner closely with our talent acquisition and HR teams to align our branding strategies with functional hiring goals and workforce planning objectives.
- Develop compelling content, including blogs, videos, and social media assets, to showcase our company culture and career opportunities to a global audience.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years dedicated to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or corporate marketing focused on tech talent.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence stakeholders, and build effective relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in digital marketing techniques, content development, and data analysis to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication skills and full fluency in English.
- A track record of managing agency and vendor partnerships to ensure high-quality results.
