What you bring
As a Senior-level Employee Relations Talent Partner, you will serve as a vital advocate for our staff, working on-site in the United States to ensure our HR policies are applied with fairness and transparency. This Full Time role requires a blend of strategic support and hands-on operational work to help our departments flourish. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with managers to drive engagement, resolve conflicts, and facilitate meaningful career development opportunities.
- Managing and analyzing HR data to identify trends, improve retention initiatives, and inform leadership decisions regarding the employee experience.
Requirements

You must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business Administration, Psychology, or Management, along with at least six years of progressive experience in HR operations or compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and you should be comfortable navigating data platforms to generate actionable insights. While not mandatory, holding an HRCI or SHRM certification is highly preferred, as is a working knowledge of employment regulations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. You must be able to travel to various campuses as needed, which requires access to reliable transportation.
What we offer
We believe in investing in our people and providing the resources necessary for professional excellence. While we focus on a collaborative and supportive work environment, we also offer the following:
- Opportunities to lead high-impact HR projects that directly influence employee engagement.
