We are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join our Corporate team. ID.me is a next-generation digital identity wallet that helps over 140 million users securely prove their identity online, serving 20 federal agencies and hundreds of brands with a mission to ensure no identity is left behind.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues by conducting investigations, analyzing data, and recommending appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Partner with business leaders to assess team development needs and implement effective solutions.
- Triage casework and act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance on complex workplace issues.
- Use data analysis to identify trends and drive proactive improvements in the employee experience.
- Create and facilitate training programs to enhance the leadership skills of our managers.
- Collaborate with Legal and GRC teams to ensure company policies remain compliant with employment laws.
- Oversee the accommodations process and contribute to the development of HR policies and our employee handbook.
- Support organizational change through clear communication and alignment with our core values.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or HR compliance at an innovative company.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, specifically including ADA requirements.
- Strong background in performance management and HR compliance expectations.
- Proven ability to manage conflict, influence at all levels, and make objective decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in facilitation and presentation.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and related software.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

The annual base salary for this role is between $146,000 and $161,000 USD.
