We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Advisor to join our team and help us build a supportive, high-performing environment as we continue our rapid growth.
Key outcomes
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management, ensuring outcomes are fair and consistent.
- Conduct thorough investigations in alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
- Maintain and update our internal ER policies to ensure ongoing legal compliance and operational clarity.
- Oversee the probation process by implementing structured assessments and supporting managers in performance-related decision-making.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for managers to build their confidence in handling complex people matters.
- Track global casework trends and provide actionable insights to leadership to drive proactive organizational improvements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an Employee Relations or People Advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ER processes, policies, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to conduct investigations and manage casework with a pragmatic and balanced approach.
- Strong capability in delivering training and coaching to management teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to report on case trends and identify patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, based in either Royal Leamington Spa or London, with travel between these locations approximately two days per month.
