Role at a glance
We are searching for a Junior Employee Experience Coordinator to join our People and Culture team in the United Kingdom. This is a full-time position that operates on a hybrid basis. You will be the go-to person for our European team, ensuring our workplace remains a place where everyone can thrive.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal communications, and organizing engagement events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our European fulfillment centers.
- Handle HR administration, process system changes, and support our EU Director of HR with payroll updates.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a strong sense of ownership. We value diverse perspectives and non-linear career paths, so we encourage you to apply even if your background looks a bit different than the following:
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
- A proven ability to coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with HR and recruitment software, such as Dayforce or Lever.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in English.
