Foundation Risk Partners is recognized as one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the United States. We are currently expanding our Corporate Synergies team in the New York City metro region and are seeking a senior-level Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to join us. In this role, you will act as a dedicated producer who manages a robust pipeline of prospective clients while identifying new business opportunities through strategic sourcing and professional referrals.
Key outcomes
- Build and maintain high-integrity relationships with C-level executives at organizations with 100 or more employees.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to convert prospective leads into long-term clients.
- Consistently source new referrals and business opportunities through networking and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with our account management team to ensure the successful onboarding and retention of our clients.
- Participate in ongoing professional training to refine your sales and closing techniques.
- Achieve or exceed established annual sales targets.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business Administration or Communications.
- At least 5 years of experience selling B2B solutions directly to C-suite executives.
- An active Life and Health insurance license.
- Demonstrated ability to perform cold calling to secure appointments with potential clients.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional background in sourcing referrals through industry-related networking.
Preferred qualifications
- Working knowledge of employee benefit plans and industry-specific terminology.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is 75,000 USD to 150,000 USD. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on individual experience, performance, and location. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
