About the Role

This is a full-time, senior-level position that operates on a hybrid basis. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters regarding human resources and labor relations. Your work will involve managing collective bargaining, handling grievances, and resolving disputes. You will also act as a guardian of our HR policies, conducting sensitive investigations and audits to ensure we are always meeting provincial legislative standards while driving continuous improvement in our daily practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to operational leadership on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, coaching, and attendance management.
• Lead labor relations activities by serving as the primary spokesperson during collective bargaining negotiations and managing the grievance process through to arbitration.
• Conduct regular on-site audits to verify compliance with provincial labor laws and address workforce challenges such as scheduling, overtime, and training efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in human resources and labor relations management. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a decentralized environment and can effectively partner with operational leaders. Proficiency in both English and French is required to support our teams across Quebec and the Maritimes. You should have a proven ability to handle sensitive investigations, navigate complex contract administration, and maintain positive relationships with union partners.

This position is based in Canada, specifically serving the provinces of Quebec and the Maritimes, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of 85,000 USD to 95,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will benefit from our hybrid work policy, which provides the flexibility needed to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively.
