The Future Makers Academy (FMA) is MYOB's Early Careers/graduate program. It's about bringing people together to build great software; providing a solid foundation to those taking the first steps in their software development career.
The role:
The Emerging Talent Program Consultant/Coordinator will support implementing FMAs strategic vision - one that showcases who we are and the impact we positively make throughout Australia and New Zealand. Your impact will be felt through your support and delivery on various operations and projects happening within FMA and the wider Talent Team.
Led by the Program Advisors (and Senior Stakeholders) you will assist in the design and delivery of the recruitment and marketing strategies for the Academy, DevelopHer, and internship programs. You'll work collaboratively to handle applications and assessments of all candidates into the Academy and scholarships.
Additionally you will support throughout onboarding and orientation weeks, at in-person and virtual events, and be the "go to" person for our incredible Protege's, DeveloperHers and Interns.
What you will bring:
- The ability to successfully work in a fast paced environment whilst delivering on multiple projects
- Passionate about early careers and career switchers
- Passionate problem solving and a curious mind
- Positive relationship management, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Exposure to working with tech talent and/or in tech recruitment will be advantageous
- Growth Mindset -a willingness to learn, to take and give feedback, and to be guided on your journey
