What you bring
As a Senior Emerging Talent Program Consultant, you will play a vital role in our Future Makers Academy, which is our dedicated program for graduates and early-career professionals. This full-time, hybrid position based in Australia requires a collaborative spirit and a passion for talent development. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing recruitment and marketing strategies for our Academy, internship, and scholarship programs.
- Managing the end-to-end application and assessment process for all incoming candidates.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our interns and program participants while supporting onboarding, orientation, and various events.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a growth mindset. You should have strong skills in talent acquisition, project management, and relationship management. Success in this role requires the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. While not mandatory, previous experience working with tech talent or in technical recruitment is highly advantageous. We value curious minds who are eager to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, and you must be proficient in English to support our operations across the region.
