What is this role?

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer position based in the United States. You will join our engineering team and contribute directly to the firmware that powers our next generation of integrated hardware products.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to create new hardware products that combine tightly integrated components controlled by embedded firmware.
• Develop internal tools that accelerate our design cycles and reduce the time it takes to move prototypes into manufacturing.
• Integrate sensors, displays, and microcontrollers into working prototypes and production-ready products while conducting independent research to solve technical challenges.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone with strong proficiency in bare-metal or RTOS C/C++ development on microcontrollers. You should feel comfortable using basic electrical diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies, and you should bring intermediate knowledge of electronics including sensor technologies, communication protocols, and device drivers. A portfolio showcasing past embedded work is strongly recommended. English fluency is required for this role.

While not required, experience with Unix/Linux environments, Python, physical prototype fabrication such as 3D printing or laser cutting, electronics and circuit design, or a general passion for building things will help you stand out.
