What is this role?

We are seeking a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States where you will help elevate our email marketing program. You will play a key role in engaging our diverse base of administrators, families, and educators throughout their entire lifecycle with our products.

What will you do?

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of email projects, including design, list segmentation, coding, and quality assurance.
Execute and send email campaigns using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Analyze campaign performance and report key findings to stakeholders to help us optimize our future marketing efforts.

You are a proactive and organized communicator who is passionate about the impact of education. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and one to two years of experience in email marketing.
At least one year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ranging from single emails to automated journeys.
Experience with project management tools like Jira to handle multiple workflows.
Technical proficiency or familiarity with HTML, SQL, and design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
A sharp eye for design and a commitment to ensuring every email is flawless before it reaches our users.
