We're looking for a senior email marketing automation specialist to join us on a month-to-month contractor basis with the possibility of moving into a permanent role. You'll work remotely with our account management team to deliver high-performing email programs for eCommerce brands, turning strategy into well-executed campaigns and automations.

Responsibilities

Build and launch custom and standard automations plus one-off marketing campaigns for multiple eCommerce clients.
Convert provided designs into responsive HTML emails that render correctly across devices.
Develop and maintain a promotional and content marketing calendar that aligns with client goals.
Spot and act on new marketing opportunities within client accounts.
Design and run A/B tests, review performance data, and recommend changes that improve ROI.
Write and proofread email copy and subject lines for clarity, grammar, and brand voice.
Create audience segments that support strong delivery and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign results, deliverability metrics, and email KPIs, then share clear reports and insights.
Pinpoint gaps in messaging, deliverability, or revenue and propose fixes.

Must-haves

Several years of hands-on experience running email marketing programs for eCommerce brands.
Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar marketing automation platforms.
Proven ability to code responsive HTML emails from design files.
Experience planning and executing A/B tests and turning results into actionable recommendations.
Clear, concise copywriting skills with attention to grammar and brand tone.
Comfortable working with analytics to track campaign performance and email KPIs.
Fluent written and spoken English.
