What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing and Operations Specialist to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will own the day-to-day execution of our email programs in HubSpot, run A/B tests that improve conversion, and keep content projects on schedule using Monday.com and Google Workspace. You will also publish updates on our WordPress site and turn performance data into clear reports that guide the next campaign. Three key responsibilities include planning and launching conversion-focused email campaigns, managing and segmenting lists while ensuring compliance, and coordinating cross-team production timelines so every deliverable lands on schedule. The position is based On-site in the United States.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing operations, along with proven expertise in HubSpot for automation, list management, and reporting. You are comfortable designing and interpreting A/B tests, using Monday.com or similar tools to track projects, and publishing formatted content in WordPress. Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines are essential. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, and fluency in English is required.
