What you'll be doing
- You will lead the estimation process for electrical installations, focusing on labor and material costs for building automation, fire safety, and security system controls.
- You will perform detailed financial analysis to identify and mitigate project risks while applying value engineering principles to optimize our outcomes.
- You will manage communication across departments and with external partners, using your project management skills to facilitate team alignment and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the electrical installation industry. We value candidates who are self-starters and possess the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with estimating software systems, such as Accubid or other comparable platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to present effectively to groups.
- A solid understanding of cost drivers, financial data analysis, and negotiation techniques.
- A bachelor’s degree is considered a plus, though equivalent professional experience is also highly valued.
