We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team on-site in Mexico. Key outcomes

• Perform root cause failure analysis at the circuit board level.
• Drive quality, reliability, and process improvements within our manufacturing plant.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure product testability and consistency.
• Identify, debug, and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards, including sensors, microcontrollers, and wireless devices.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and other lab equipment to conduct rapid, resourceful problem-solving.
• Support the installation and troubleshooting of wireless networking hardware such as routers and Wi-Fi hubs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and volume manufacturing.
• Expertise in hardware debugging, including work with SOCs, microprocessors, and embedded peripheral interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, and PCIe.
• Working knowledge of RF systems, wireless products, signal integrity, and power integrity.
• Familiarity with PCB materials, design processes, and assembly.
• Proficiency with lab equipment such as signal analyzers, logic analyzers, and thermal analysis tools.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
