Role at a glance

We are searching for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, that involves frequent travel to Costa Rica. We provide relocation assistance, per diem, and travel packages to support your transition and ongoing work.

Your impact

• Lead a team of engineers and designers to execute the full design of electrical systems for major greenfield and retrofit projects.
• Research, develop, and modify electrical systems for high-tech manufacturing plants and data centers, ensuring they meet rigorous reliability standards.
• Provide technical oversight for power distribution, load coordination, and the integration of renewable energy sources into mission-critical power systems.

What you'll need

We are looking for a candidate who brings a wealth of technical expertise and a proven track record of progressive responsibility. You should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a PE License with an NCEES record.
• At least 15 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for 3 to 4 years of direct semiconductor construction experience.
• Proficiency in CADD software, with Revit experience considered a significant advantage.
• Strong technical familiarity with industry standards, including the National Electrical Code, NFPA, and TIA tier classifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish fluency highly preferred.
• A self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
