The role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This position is essential to our production success, requiring a professional who can manage electrical installations, perform precise fault finding on circuitry, and monitor PLC systems to ensure our filling and capping lines operate without interruption.

Core responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sanitization and washout procedures to maintain the highest standards of equipment hygiene.
• Manage the setup and tooling changes for bottle filling machinery, while overseeing electrical installations and ongoing PLC monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet filling targets and ensure all work is completed on schedule.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar industrial or engineering discipline.
• A valid driver's license and a powered pallet truck license.
• Proficiency in manual handling and the confident use of various hand tools.
• The ability to work effectively within a shift pattern.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• The capacity to remain reliable and hardworking while managing pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
