Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Elections Director to join our Research practice on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere, running from November 2025 through the end of the 2026 election cycle. You will serve as a project lead, taking full ownership of research initiatives and client objectives.
Your impact
- Take end-to-end ownership of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring every detail is managed and executed successfully.
- Create high-quality research materials, including survey questionnaires, qualitative guides, and insightful PowerPoint presentations that require minimal revision.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members, supporting their professional development while ensuring the team meets project timelines and goals.
What you'll need
We are looking for a candidate who brings 6 to 8 years of research experience, specifically within the political sphere. You should be a strong communicator with a strategic consulting voice and the ability to manage client relationships independently. Key requirements include:
- Deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with a talent for creating compelling visual data representations.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple assignments while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities that go beyond simple data reporting to provide actionable, story-driven recommendations.
- Experience moderating focus groups or conducting in-depth interviews is considered a significant plus.
- Fluency in English.
