We are currently seeking a Senior Educational Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity, helping us ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards for accessibility and educational excellence.
Key outcomes
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations to ensure our products and content remain compliant with evolving education and accessibility laws.
- Conduct thorough audits to evaluate our current practices against established educational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement internal compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to keep our teams informed and prepared.
- Oversee the approval processes for instructional materials at both the state and district levels.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for compliance inquiries, providing expert guidance to internal departments.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and represent the company during interactions with regulatory bodies or external auditors.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all compliance activities and findings to support organizational transparency.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Education Law, Educational Policy, or a closely related field.
- Proven professional experience managing compliance processes and adherence to industry standards.
- A deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks that govern the education sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex legislative changes into actionable company policies.
- Fluency in English.

- An advanced degree or professional certification related to educational compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively across various teams.
