Core responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical and technical education to both internal teams and external partners, including physicians and facility staff.
- Design, develop, and manage educational content, including online e-courses, workshops, and training materials.
- Coordinate the logistics for medical education events, manage project timelines, and ensure all training operations run smoothly.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in education, training, or clinical support. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Healthcare, Science, Engineering, or Communication.
- At least 2 years of experience in an education specialist, clinical/technical specialist, or learning and development role.
- Proven experience in building content and facilitating training for internal or external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to organize complex workflows independently.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds for event and lab setup.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Articulate, Canva, or Learning Management Systems is considered a plus.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to supporting our team members through a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our success.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Life and disability insurance coverage.
- Generous paid time off.
- A dedicated learning budget to support your professional growth.
- The flexibility of a remote work environment.
