The role
We are looking for a Mid-Level EDI Analyst to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will play a vital role in expanding our business across Europe by leading our EDI program. You will act as a key influencer, working across various departments to ensure the successful implementation of integrations. Your primary focus will be onboarding retailers and maintaining compliance throughout the order lifecycle, from the initial receipt to final invoicing. You will also serve as the main point of contact for our outsourced EDI partners.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for retailers by collaborating with our Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage the daily health of our EDI production environment, which includes monitoring transmissions, resolving technical issues, and providing first-level support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business process and mapping documentation to guide our internal development teams and ensure accurate data flow across our systems.
Skills and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with EDI software solutions, ideally within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong proficiency with EDIFACT standards, including document types like ORDERS, INVOIC, and DESADV, as well as formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON.
- Technical familiarity with SQL for data querying and experience using ERP systems, specifically Infor M3.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, allowing you to build trust and work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A keen eye for detail combined with the ability to understand how individual tasks fit into the broader business strategy.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a collaborative and innovative work environment where your contributions directly impact our global success. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a passionate group of professionals dedicated to the runner experience. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual is empowered to grow and succeed.
