Role at a glance
We are searching for a Lead level Edge Business Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Singapore, where you will take ownership of our Direct Market Access product. You will be at the center of our operations, ensuring that our clients have seamless access to deep liquidity across spot and derivatives markets.
Your impact
- Drive the overall business outcomes for our Edge product by managing the balance between liquidity supply and client demand.
- Coordinate across internal departments, including engineering, product, sales, risk, and compliance, to execute our business strategy.
- Navigate complex, cross-functional challenges to ensure our trading systems and market strategies remain industry-leading.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience in business management or a similar strategic role within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in crypto market structure, including a strong understanding of how exchanges and execution systems function.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to align on common goals.
- A strategic mindset with a proven ability to own projects from concept to completion while managing competing priorities.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus: Personal or professional experience trading digital assets, particularly derivatives.
