The role
We are seeking a Senior Ecosystem Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our headquarters in Santa Clara. This is an on-site position designed for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between our internal product teams and our external industry partners. You will play a pivotal role in our international growth by managing strategic engagements and ensuring our hardware solutions remain at the forefront of high-speed communication protocols.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem engagement strategy by gaining a deep understanding of our partners' technology offerings.
- Lead ecosystem enablement activities while proactively resolving technical and business challenges in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and expand our partner co-marketing initiatives by fostering strong relationships across our engineering, sales, and external ecosystem teams.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in the semiconductor industry. We look for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or technical program management.
- Deep technical proficiency in high-speed interfaces including PCIe, Ethernet, and CXL, as well as experience with CPU, GPU, and server architectures.
- Demonstrated success in managing partner relationships and executing collaborations with cloud service providers, OEMs, ODMs, or major hardware vendors.
- Experience working with industry standards organizations such as the CXL Consortium or PCI-SIG.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and craft compelling narratives.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on your specific experience, location, and internal equity considerations.
