Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior eCommerce Trade Manager on a full-time basis. The role is hybrid, based in Sydney with up to four office days each week, and calls for someone who already leads website performance and configuration in a retail e-commerce setting.
Your impact
- Turn company-wide goals into day-to-day website and app configurations that showcase products in the most effective way for customers.
- Design and run A/B tests and AI-driven experiments that continuously lift conversion, engagement and revenue across digital platforms.
- Own the weekly trading review, pulling together data from multiple sources to spotlight what’s driving performance and where we can improve next.
What you'll need
You bring senior-level experience managing metrics and configuration levers on a retail e-commerce site, plus a track record of designing data-led experiments that deliver measurable outcomes. You’re fluent in Google Analytics, Shopify (or similar), and at least one visualisation tool such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI. You turn complex data into clear stories that technical teams and senior stakeholders can act on, and you’re comfortable breaking big objectives into trackable input metrics. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, a curious mindset, and the drive to champion new ideas-including AI and ML use cases-are essential. All communication happens in English.
