What is this role?
We are seeking an Ecommerce Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is an executive-level position designed for a proven specialist who can spearhead our growth across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. You will be responsible for taking our European ecommerce acceleration to the next level by refining our operating model and investment strategies across Amazon, omnichannel platforms, and various marketplaces.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to disrupt established market players and meet our ambitious goals across both toy and FMCG categories.
- Lead the day-to-day operations for the UK market while providing regional vendor and commercial ownership, ensuring our digital storefronts achieve excellence in visibility, availability, and marketing activation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture that empowers everyone to challenge the status quo and win.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in ecommerce retail and a passion for driving results. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the industry.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership ability with the capacity to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to translate complex messages to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, specifically the ability to translate raw data into actionable business opportunities using tools like Excel.
- Fluency in English.
