About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Data and Content Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital content and leading significant process improvements across our various sales channels. You will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring our product listings are engaging and effective while maintaining high standards for data governance and catalog management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 5 international members, providing guidance and management to ensure our cataloging and product launch goals are met.
- Oversee data governance and process improvements for new product variations, bundles, and updates to existing pages across platforms like Amazon, Target.com, and Walmart.com.
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify new opportunities, while collaborating with creative and marketing teams to maximize returns through site optimization and innovative content strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, including 1 to 2 years of direct team management.
- Proven proficiency with Salsify, Syndigo, or an equivalent platform is required.
- A strong drive for process improvement and automation, combined with an optimistic and ambitious mindset.
- A valid work permit for the United States.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while contributing to our collaborative office culture.
Location
This position is an on-site role based in our beautiful new office in El Segundo, Los Angeles.
