Your Role

As the Ecommerce Data and Content Manager, you will elevate and optimize our ecommerce content and spearhead significant process enhancements across channels. Your responsibilities include managing new product launches, maintaining existing marketplace listings, and continuously refining pages to drive engagement and conversions.

What you'll do:

As the Ecommerce Data and Content Manager, you will ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Brand teams on new product launches, item set-up, and overseeing cataloguing through Salsify for Amazon US, Canada, and Mexico Accounts

You will lead a team of up to 5 people that are based overseas (some timezone adjustments may be a part of the role)

You will own process and data governance on new product variations, bundle creation, and updates to existing product pages

Daily product listing maintenance, monitoring, and reporting of full product catalog through Salsify and Syndigo platform

You will lead and conduct competitive research and benchmarking on marketplace listing and report findings along with identifying areas of opportunity

You will liaise with creative teams on content generation; maximize returns through testing, site optimization and improving online customer experience

Develop the go-to-market strategies for e-retail and partner with Marketing teams through a Go Live Calendar

You will work closely with Target.com and Walmart.com counterparts to build out content synergies where applicable

You will be passionate to continuously monitor cutting edge eCommerce marketing techniques and suggest new and innovative solutions

What you'll bring:

You must have 4+ years of relevant work experience in ecommerce with at least 1-2 years of managing a strong team

Salsify / Syndigo or exact equivalent platform experience required

You will drive process improvements and automation across catalog(s)

You must be an optimistic, driven, and well rounded ecommerce professional
