We are looking for an Ecommerce Data and Content Manager to join our team in El Segundo, California. ZURU is a rapidly expanding global company that disrupts industries through radical innovation, ranging from our award-winning toy brands like Bunch O Balloons and Mini Brands to our FMCG lines such as MONDAY Haircare. Founded in 2003, we have grown into a team of over 5,000 people across 30 international locations, and we are looking for a driven professional to help us optimize our digital presence and spearhead process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams to manage new product launches, item setups, and cataloging via Salsify for Amazon accounts across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Lead and mentor an overseas team of up to five people.
- Oversee data governance and processes for product variations, bundles, and updates to existing listings.
- Maintain the full product catalog daily using Salsify and Syndigo platforms, including monitoring and reporting.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work with creative teams to generate content and maximize returns through site optimization and testing.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and partner with Marketing teams to manage the Go Live Calendar.
- Build content synergies with our counterparts at Target.com and Walmart.com.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring cutting-edge ecommerce marketing techniques.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, including 1 to 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Proficiency with Salsify, Syndigo, or an exact equivalent platform.
- A proven ability to drive automation and process improvements across product catalogs.
- An optimistic, driven, and well-rounded professional mindset.
- A valid US work permit.
- Fluency in English.
