About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level position where you will be instrumental in maintaining our digital storefront and managing product data across our various marketplaces. You will report to the Director of E-Commerce and work alongside our collaborative team to ensure our platforms are running smoothly and our content is always accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on our Magento platform, including updating product listings, pricing, imagery, and web content to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee product data and listings on third-party marketplaces using ChannelAdvisor, ensuring consistency and resolving any technical discrepancies.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to implement SEO strategies and promotional campaigns, while using web analytics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically with merchandising or managing marketplace accounts.
- Practical experience with Magento and ChannelAdvisor is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling product data and analysis.
- A foundational understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT is preferred, though not required.
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry is considered a major plus.

This position is based on-site in the United States.
